1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that are damaged due to wear, improper use, or alteration are not eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer negligence

3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@gotsolekick.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping your item back.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or we made an error.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@gotsolekick.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
