- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Please note that shoes must be returned in the original box to ensure a full refund.
2. How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@gotsolekick.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- The item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your return authorization.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
